All STS installers, haulers, and service providers must be registered with SCPH. To become registered, submit Contractor Registration Application and show proof of:
Completion of state exam from 2014 or later (one time)
General liability insurance
6 hours of continuing education from prior year
Bond information (must be sent directly to ODH)
Plans that are submitted to our office which do not contain all the required information will be returned for correction. See the checklists below that list the required information for each type of plan:
A site inspection must be completed prior to covering any STS components. Contact the inspector at least 3 business days in advance to schedule.
Point of Sale Inspections
Contractors that evaluate an STS for a point of sale (POS) must be registered with SCPH as an STS service provider. Send the completed report on the approved form to email@example.com for review. The review fee is $45/inspection. Click here to request a property record.
