Our office now accepts death records for electronic filing. This means signed death certificates can be e-mailed (along with the request for approval form) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our office will review the certificate and accept or reject the certificate for filing within one business day. Once the certificate is accepted our office will send an e-mail with ordering instructions.
