Please note: As of January 2023, Ohio Governor DeWine signed legislation that decriminalized the possession of fentanyl test strips in the State of Ohio. However, fentanyl test strips may still be considered illegal drug paraphernalia in other states. It is recommended that you keep strips in a safe holding space. If you use the test strips we provide, you acknowledge and accept all responsibility and liability for possessing the test strips. There is also a possibility that the test strips may not indicate the presence of fentanyl and they are not guaranteed to detect all forms of fentanyl. You could overdose even if the strip says there is no fentanyl in your heroin, cocaine, or other substances. Furthermore, a wide variety of substances can be laced with fentanyl. While it is advisable to test substances for fentanyl, there are no well-researched, established recommendations on how to test drugs with test strips. If you use the fentanyl test strips we provide, you accept all responsibility and liability for any injury or death that could occur after ingesting any substance, whether they have been tested, or not tested for fentanyl. Please be careful.
