Our goal is to make it easy for residents of Summit County to pay for their septic operation permit quickly and securely online.

E-Pay is Easy!

  1. Locate the septic operation permit you received in the mail, and find the permit number in the top right corner of the document. 
  2. Once on the E-Pay portal, select “Household Septic” from the “Select a Permit Type” drop-down menu.
  3. Type the permit number into the search field and click the “Search Button.”
  4. Verify that the search result details of Parcel ID and Parcel Address match the operation permit.
  5. In Payment Link column, click on the "Click Here" button to be redirected to our third-party, secure payment processing page.
    • *Please note when using a credit card, there is a service fee of $3.00 for each transaction.
  6. Follow the prompts to enter your payment information and complete your transaction.
  7. Once your payment has been processed, you will have multiple options to print/receive your receipt.
