Please note, depending on the types of foods being sold and where they were prepared, harvested, etc. there may be additional licensing requirements through ODA (home bakery, canneries, etc.) or the local health department (mobile or temporary licenses). In some situations individuals may be exempt from a food license if certain criteria are met such as cottage food but labeling is usually the biggest hurdle for folks to overcome.
