Updated COVID-19 Vaccine Available at SCPH

Summit County Public Health (SCPH) is offering the updated COVID-19 vaccine starting Monday
October 19, 2026. Vaccinations will be given by appointment only, Mondays – Fridays from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm. The
clinic is located at 1867 W. Market St., Akron Ohio 44313, Building C (enter through door 10). Please bring your ID and
your insurance card to your appointment. We have both VFC, 317 (no cost vaccine for uninsured or underinsured;
individuals will be charged a $21 administration fee—they will not be turned away for inability to pay), and private
vaccine. If you have questions regarding the current recommendations for COVID vaccination please consult a trusted
medical provider.
SCPH will offer Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccines for individuals 12 years and older, as well as, for those 5-11 years of age.
Spikevax (Moderna) will be available for children ages 6 month to 11 years of age.
