Summit County Public Health (SCPH) offers certified birth and death certificate copies for all Ohio counties for any person who was born or died in the State of Ohio.
The cost to purchase a certified birth or death certificate at Summit County Public Health is $22.00 per copy. Cash, checks, money orders, major debit/credit cards are all accepted (Note: Cardless/digital wallet payment is not accepted i.e., Apple Pay, Tap Pay, etc.)
