Moms & Babies First (Life Link Prenatal Program)
Early and continuous perinatal care is an important step toward assuring that the mother and infant will be healthy throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Our mission is to provide support and community resource information to African American pregnant women living in Summit County. This program is a partnership between Summit County Public Health and Greenleaf Family Center.
Your Community Health Worker will help you:
- To have a healthy pregnancy and delivery
- Locate resources to meet your family’s needs
- Keep your infant/child’s immunizations up-to-date
- Develop and reach your family’s goals
This program is funded by Ohio Department of Health/Federal Government Bureau of Child and Family Health Services Child and Family Health Services Program.
